STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

NOTE: THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS.

 

Strength and Conditioning is split into two parts. The first is the Strength component, where you focus on lifting heavy weights to build strength, gain muscle, and learn correct technique. The weights used are noticeably heavier than in Pump or Interval Training. The second is the Conditioning component, with a high tempo to improve endurance and athletic performance. This class is only for members that are familiar with exercise. If you're new to the gym and relatively new to exercise, please make sure you are comfortable in an Interval Training class before attending Strength and Conditioning. Numbers are limited to 12 people per class.
