“Like all the best coaches, my journey into the fitness industry was through personal struggle. As a teenager, I always struggled with my weight and I feel this has helped me understand people with similar problems. Sometimes people think personal trainers are gifted with health but I've had to work very hard to get where I am today.
This struggle spurred a journey to athleticism, optimal health, performance and muscle, physical and mental contentment. Intolerances, asthma, being overweight and poor concentration inspired me to pursue a career as a nutritionist and trainer. Over the years I've helped all kinds of people, from world champions to the general gym user.
I have 11 years of experience in the field and can work with different people pursuing different goals, though I specialize in fat loss and muscle building. I work very closely with clients, not just with training but also with lifestyle and nutrition, because that's where you can really make changes to your health.”

“Originally from Austria, I have been living in Hanoi for 7 years. I obtained my certification in personal training in Germany and have been working as a personal trainer and group trainer for 4 years. Being from such a mountainous country, I am passionate about mountain sports and other outdoor activities. During my personal gym based workouts I like to challenge myself with a combination of heavy compound lifts and complex callisthenic moves.
I am a very active person and I’m passionate about sport and health in general. However, it has not always been like that for me. In contrast to many other sport enthusiasts, it wasn’t until my mid 20s that I started to take an active life seriously. My background is in hospitality and I fully understand how challenging it might be to fit exercising into a busy schedule. For these reasons, I strongly believe that it’s never too late to get started.
In addition to our training, I will be able to help with tips on nutrition which will help you to achieve your goals more easily. Living in Hanoi for 5 years means I have developed a deep understanding of nutrition of the local cuisine and also availability of special or dietary food.”
