AMRAP stands for As Many Repetitions As Possible. It was designed by The Fitness Village for members that enjoy Interval Training, Pump, HIIT, and Xpinning, though we welcome anyone to try it! 

 

AMRAP is a challenge class, where you attempt to complete the maximum number of repetitions of a small circuit in ten minutes. There is a competitive element that allows you to follow your progress, as you compete against yourself to try and increase the number of repetitions of any given circuit each week. 

 

It improves your overall strength and fitness and it’s fun… and hard!
